What you will do
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Design data models
- Write and tune SQL
- Build business-intelligence dashboards, for example in Power BI
- Deliver projects from start to finish
- Tune performance

- Mentor junior team members
What we look for
- A degree in electronics or software engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL and a BI tool
- Knowledge of data warehousing
- Experience delivering projects end to end
- Clear communication
- Good problem solving

Sales Director
You will own Mirceos's sales growth across Hong Kong, Europe, Asia and the USA, build client relationships, and lead the sales effort for our AI and software solutions, and later our hardware.
What you will do
- Grow our client portfolio across Hong Kong, Europe, Asia and the USA
- Lead and develop the sales team, looking after both results and team wellbeing
- Shape our offers and go-to-market plans
- Work with the delivery team so that what we sell matches what we can deliver
What we look for
- Experience selling technology or consulting services
- A record of winning and growing clients
- Understanding of AI and software solutions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to build and lead a team

Careers / HR Director
HR Director
You will lead people matters and HR systems at Mirceos, with a strong focus on using AI and automation to run HR better.
What you will do
- Find and deliver practical AI uses in HR, such as chatbots, automated answers to staff questions, smart workflows and generative AI tools
- Digitalise HR across the business
- Review and simplify HR processes, and improve employee self-service
- Use automation tools such as RPA and Power Automate to cut manual work
- Put in place, improve and connect HR systems with IT, the business and vendors
- Keep system governance and data accuracy in good order
What we look for
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including HR systems
- Recent hands-on work with AI, automation or HR digitalisation
- Analytical, problem-solving and detail-minded
- Able to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, payroll systems and SmartRecruiters
An advantage
- Knowledge of RPA, Power Automate and Power Query
