Pay-as-you-need hours
Hours bought only when you need them, for enhancements, new features and small changes. Includes faster turnaround on minor changes, direct support from our technical team, and a longer, better-performing life for your existing systems.
Monthly plan
A fixed monthly plan: bug fixes for your software, file updates for major browser changes, regular backups, domain blacklist monitoring, and tracking of SSL, domain and hosting renewals.
For clients hosted with Mirceos, also: server updates and status monitoring, and malware checks and removal. For clients whose DNS is with Mirceos: DNS record maintenance and updates.
Service levels
Standard support is Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Singapore time. Requests are graded by severity.
